Was Sie erwartet:
Optimierung bestehender SiC-Leistungstechnologien vorantreiben und zur Entwicklung der nächsten Generation von SiC-Produkten beitragen, im Einklang mit den Unternehmensroadmaps. TCAD-Simulationswerkzeuge nutzen, um die Variation der elektrischen Eigenschaften von Bauelementen mit den Prozessspezifikationen vorherzusagen, um potenzielle Schwächen zu identifizieren und Layout sowie Prozess vor der Implementierung in die Fertigungsumgebung zu optimieren. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Prozess-integrationsteam, um die Kompatibilität der Designregeln mit den Fertigungsmöglichkeiten sicherzustellen. Test-Chips und Prozess-/ Bauelement-Überwachungsstrukturen für die Prozesskontrolle entwerfen und DOE-Kurzschleifen simulieren, um die Prozessstabilität zu verbessern und die Ausbeute zu steigern. Layout-Design-Probleme beheben und proaktive Eingriffe vornehmen, indem eng mit dem Designteam zusammengearbeitet wird, um eine ordnungsgemäße Geräteleistung sicherzustellen. Gerätemodellierung unter Verwendung von TCAD-Tools und elektrischen Datenanalysen erstellen, während die Prozess- und Design-FMEA, Risikobewertung und Kontrollpläne für die Integration neuer Produkte unterstützt werden. Neue Konzepte für SiC-MOSFETs und -Dioden entwickeln und in neuartige Layout- und Prozesslösungen umsetzen, um die Entwicklung zukünftiger SiC-Technologien zu ermöglichen, entsprechend den Anwendungsspezifikationen. Analyse der SiC-Leistungstechnologie und -trends, um zukünftige Entwicklungen für bestehende und neue Anwendungen in den Unternehmensbereichen zu antizipieren. Schnittstelle für alle prozessbezogenen Themen zwischen Produktion, Qualitätsabteilung, Technologie-/Produktentwicklung und Backend fungieren. Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Forschungsinstituten zur Einführung und Optimierung neuer SiC-Prozesse.
Was Sie mitbringen:
Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Master- oder Doktoratsstudiums in Elektrotechnik, Physik, Chemie, Halbleitertechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich. Über 10 Jahre Erfahrung im SiC-Design, vorzugsweise bei einem führenden SiC-Industriellen Hersteller. Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Halbleiterbauelementphysik und Prozessintegration; insbesondere umfassendes Wissen über SiC-Leistungselemente, insbesondere MOSFETs und Dioden. Erfahrung mit TCAD (Silvaco, Synopsys) und Layout-Tools (z.B. KLayout, Layout Editor). Vertrautheit mit dem Testen und der Charakterisierung von SiC-Leistungselementen und Kenntnisse der Zuverlässigkeit von Leistungselementen. Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, erfolgreiche Projekte zu leiten, dabei technische Problemlösungsansätze zu verwenden und Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Bewertung und Datenverarbeitung anzuwenden. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, zusätzliches Deutsch und/oder Chinesisch von Vorteil. Strategisches Denken, gut organisiert und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Effektiver Teamplayer mit starker Führungsmentalität in einem multikulturellen Umfeld. „Can-do“-Einstellung und Bereitschaft, die Komfortzone zu verlassen, um zusätzliche Anstrengungen zu unternehmen.
