Summary

For the department "Production Planning" we are looking for a "Production Planner (f/m/d)" at the site Ulm as soon as possible.

The department "Production Planning" is responsible within the production in Ulm for the simulation and scheduling of production orders, design and compliance with the processes in order processing within production. This also includes the optimization and definition of requirements from the processes for the relevant IT systems (ERP system, MES).

Your Tasks

Collaboration in the design of processes in order processing in production, taking into account the requirements from the end-to-end processes

Documenting and analyzing current and future processes

Collaboration on the implementation of processes, their testing and release

Collaboration on the concept of data migration, archiving and role concept

Ensuring process-compliant order processing in production using the production planning tool

Carrying out order simulations with regard to capacity, lead time, deadlines and making corrections with the production team

Evaluating the simulation results and proposing measures

Preparing and scheduling primary customer requirements (scheduling delivery lots according to the delivery schedule)

Analyzing order networks or order reports and pointing out deviations (deadlines, missing releases)

Supporting the requirements from SCM through the inventory development of products / projects and exception reports

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, economics, business informatics or similar

Experience in cross-project planning of production orders

Sound knowledge of SAP modules, particularly in the areas of production planning and materials management

Very good process knowledge of order processing in production and its integration into end-to-end processes 

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

Knowledge of the supply chain management environment

Analytical thinking and a structured and efficient way of working

Assertiveness, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Business fluent German and good English skills
