Wir sind Experten bei der Beschreibung, Gestaltung und Quantifizierung der menschlichen Arbeit.

Unser Name steht für METHODS-TIME MEASUREMENT und wurde vor über 50 Jahren in den USA entwickelt. Mit dieser Methode ist es möglich, die menschliche Arbeit in Produktionsabläufen in der Industrie (z.B. Automobilbau, Flugzeugbau, Haushaltsgeräte) zu gestalten und zu quantifizieren. Dadurch können sehr effiziente Prozesse und ergonomische Arbeitsplätze geschaffen werden.

Was erwartet dich?
  • Du entwirfst und entwickelst Erweiterungen innerhalb unseres SAP Add-Ons TiCon
  • Du setzt eigenverantwortlich kundenspezifische Erweiterungen mit ABAP und ABAP Objects nach User Stories und Lastenheften um
  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst an modernen Softwarearchitekturen im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld mit
  • Du hast die Chance an einem neuen Produkt für die SAP Business Technology Platform von Anfang an mitzuarbeiten und dieses maßgeblich zu gestalten
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom/Master) der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit dem Fokus auf Softwaretechnik und Softwarearchitektur
  • Du hast Erfahrungen mit JavaScript, jQuery, oData und bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen Entwurfsmustern sowie Programmierparadigmen (MVC, REST)
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der klassischen SAP ECC-Entwicklung (ABAP, ABAP Objects, Dynpro, ALV) gesammelt
  • Du kennst dich mit modernen SAP-Technologien (CDS, RAP, HANA, Fiori, SAPUI5) und idealerweise mit dem agilen Umfeld der Softwareentwicklung aus
  • Du besitzt bestenfalls Kenntnisse im Umfeld des SAP Modul PP
  • Du weist fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf
  • Du kennzeichnest dich durch eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
