Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Low/No-Code Developer with medium-level experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using various low/no-code platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications.


Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using low/no-code platforms.
  • Design workflows, user interfaces, and data models to meet business needs.
  • Architect systems with a primary focus on integration, modularity, and long-term viability
  • Integrate low/no-code applications with existing systems and third-party services.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure applications are reliable and performant.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the use of developed applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Competencies:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with low/no-code platforms.
  • Proficiency in one or more low/no-code development tools such as OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, etc.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles, data modeling, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with integrating low/no-code solutions with APIs and other third-party services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in one or more low/no-code platforms.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of traditional programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
