Responsibilities
We are looking for an intern to support our project of improving our Order to Cash process, with a particular focus on reporting and dashboards for accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, dunning activity monitoring.
Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards for AR monitoring. Collaborate with various departments to ensure transparency and communication regarding AR status and collection activities. Support the implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the dunning and collection process. Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.Help in documenting procedures and creating training materials for the improved processes
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and contribute to process improvements.What we offer
