The Position

Was Sie erwartet:

Die Abteilung DOM Digital Business Support & Consulting ist zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Support von Applikationen zur Produktion von Produktinformationen in Diagnostics Operations. In der Funktion als IT-Systembetreuer und Subject Matter Expert unterstützen Sie im Rahmen der folgenden spannenden Herausforderungen:

Sie leisten den First-Level-Support für die Applikationen sowie Industriedrucker, spezifizieren die Anforderungen der Anwender und analysieren die Auswirkungen auf vorhandene Prozesse

Die technische Betreuung der installierten Workstations und die Verwaltung des Zubehörs gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Applikations- und Anwenderbetreuung und führen Anwenderschulungen durch

Die Erstellung und Pflege der Schulungshandbücher ist Teil der Tätigkeit ebenso wie die Validierungen der Produktions-Applikationen

Sie arbeiten in Projekten bzgl. Drucktechnologien und Weiterentwicklung / Optimierung der eingesetzten Applikationen mit

Für diese Stelle bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

Ihre Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder Mechatroniker (mit IT Interesse) haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen

Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung im Umgang und Support von Applikationen und gute Kenntnisse im Computerized-System Validation im Produktionsumfeld mit

Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Thermotransferdruck, Ink Jet Druck (im Produktionsumfeld), sowie im Bereich der aktuellen Scanner Technologien sind zwingend erforderlich

Die RFID Technologie, sowie Produktionstechnologien zum Beschreiben der RFID Etiketten sind Ihnen bekannt

Weiterhin haben Sie umfangreiche Kenntnisse in denen von Roche vertriebenen Produkten (Cobas c Systeme, Cobas e Systeme, Remote Services Umfeld) und können diese in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit zielgerichtet anwenden

Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Anwendungen HP ALM, SmartSheet und Jira

PMM und CSV sind für Sie gängige Begriffe und können entsprechend angewendet werden

Auf Ihr ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis können wir uns verlassen

Starke Kundenorientierung sowie Kreativität und Flexibilität zeichnen Sie aus

Sie haben die Fähigkeit anfallende Produktions-Support Tätigkeiten zu priorisieren und zügig und zielgerichtet abzuarbeiten

Teilweise anfallende Wochenendarbeit sind kein Problem für Sie

Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie an selbständigem und zielorientierten Arbeiten

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringen Sie mit
