Seit 2021 gehört das Haus zur Marriott International Familie.

Du zauberst unseren Gästen zu jeder Uhrzeit ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, indem Du ihnen ihre Leibspeise aufs Zimmer bringst Du begleitest uns aktiv mit kreativen Ideen, um unsere Gäste zu begeistern Du schaffst es, dass die kulinarische Reise für unsere Gäste nicht nur im Restaurant und der Bar stattfindet Auch wenn es mal stressiger wird, behältst Du einen ruhigen Kopf Du pflegst die enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Küchen-Team im Zeichen von "OneTeam-OneDream" Vorbereitung und Ordnung ist die halbe Miete, daher bist Du mit Deinem Team Profi im Mise-en-Place Du hältst zu jederzeit die Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP ein und arbeitest nach unseren JW Service Guidelines Aktive Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings, sowie Function Sheet Meetings etc. Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/ Restaurantfach sowie Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe möglich  Alternativ auch ein Studium für Hotel-/ Tourismus- bzw. Culinary Management Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit Mitreißende Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Englisch und mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft und ein beeindruckendes Qualitätsbewusstsein Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick für das Detail
