Customer Support Manager

- Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Kundenanfragen: Du bist verantwortlich für die professionelle Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen, die sich unter anderem auf Kündigungen, technische Probleme und Fragen zu Software-Funktionen beziehen.
- Kommunikation mit dem IT-Team: Um technische Probleme der Kunden effektiv zu lösen, arbeitest du eng mit unserem IT-Team zusammen und nutzt dabei die Ticketsoftware Linear.
- Prozessverbesserung: Du hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Verbesserung unserer internen Prozesse mitzuwirken und deine Ideen zur Optimierung einzubringen.Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für kleinere interne Projekte und stellst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden gesammelt und kannst professionell und lösungsorientiert kommunizieren.
- Technisches Verständnis:Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis, um Kunden bei der Lösung von technischen Problemen zu unterstützen. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Webseiten und hast schon mal mit Webseiten-Buildern gearbeitet.
- Kenntnisse in Software und Tools: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Software-Anwendungen (z.B. Intercom, Stripe, Linear)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du besitzt ausgezeichnete mündliche und vor allem schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um effektiv mit Kunden und internen Teams zu interagieren.
- Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist in der Lage, eng mit dem IT-Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Problemlösungsfähigkeit: Du löst proaktiv Probleme und kannst auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und effizient agieren.
