Zu Ihren künftigen Aufgaben gehören

: Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Steuerung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich Finance, Schwerpunkt Accounting (z.B. Rollout SAP S/4HANA, Transfer Pricing). Sie übernehmen die Vertretung des Bereichsleiters Accounting der BAADER Global SE und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von komplexen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen einzelner Konzerngesellschaften nach nationaler und internationaler Rechnungslegung (HGB und IFRS). Des Weiteren wirken Sie an der Weiterentwicklung der Bilanzierungsrichtlinie und von Buchungsstandards innerhalb der BAADER Gruppe mit konzerneinheitlichen Verfahrensanweisungen im Rechnungswesen mit und erarbeiten weitere Konzepte im Bereich Finance. Sie führen nationale und internationale Bilanzaudits in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren lokalen Wirtschaftsprüfern durch. Kontinuierliche Optimierung, Harmonisierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung unser internen Accounting- /Finance-Prozesse.

Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder finanzwirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Accounting / Tax. Eine für die Position angemessene einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft und/oder in der Finanzabteilung eines international agierenden Unternehmens im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau. Sie besitzen eine hohe IT- und Prozessmanagement-Affinität, sehr gute Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse sowie ein umfassendes SAP-Know How (Schwerpunkt FI), SAP S/4HANA Finance-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel, setzen wir voraus. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Sie sind eine eigenverantwortlich agierende Persönlichkeit mit einer der Aufgabenstellung entsprechenden Belastbarkeit, analytischen Fähigkeiten, Beratungskompetenz, Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke, Lösungsorientierung sowie Überzeugungskraft auf allen Management-Ebenen. Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, „Hands-On“-Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln zeichnen Sie aus.
