What you'll do
  • As an integral part of our Security Awareness team, you will support the continuous improvement of the Information Security Awareness program
  • You work with subject matter experts to design and implement activities that sustainably strengthen our Security Culture across the entire Knauf Group - these activities include the education and training of employees as well as communication or events
  • For making the impact of our program tangible, you further develop and maintain the reporting of our awareness initiatives
  • You act as a first point of contact for our business and stakeholders when it comes to Security Awareness
  • You respond to general enquiries or work cross-functional with other teams to provide guidance

 

Who you are
  • You are experienced in the context of Security Awareness as well as understand its criticality for a strong security posture and you have ideally a degree in a relevant field like Communications, Education, Information Security or IT
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of our program
  • You have an affinity to work in an international IT environment and are excited to gain knowledge in the area of Information Security, therefore speaking English fluently is necessary and German is a plus
  • Your communication and writing skills are excellent and you can create professional and persuasive content even at short notice
  • For maintaining a positive collaboration and translating technology into business language, you are able to work on eye level with your stakeholders
