Tasks:- Defining measurable IT goals with senior management
- Development of the IT vision and mission
- Creation and maintenance of the IT governance framework
- Alignment with company management and industry standards (ITIL, COBIT)
- Development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures and guidelines
- Assessing risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborating with business units, IT teams and executives
- Communicating governance principles and promoting accountability
- Regularly reviewing and improving IT governance processes
- Informing about trends and regulatory changes
- Bachelor"s degree in information technology, business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISO/IEC 38500)
- Professional certifications such as CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) highly desirable
- Experience in policy development, risk management and compliance required
- Fluency in English Another plus:
