As Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our dealer network in a defined area and responsible for developing Crown’s presence together with this network.

You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a dealer network in a defined territory You will ensure that the dealers' targets are achieved and that the Crown market share is continuously expanded You will ensure that the dealers' product and portfolio knowledge is always up to date You will support your dealers during customer visits and play a key role in customer care You are in close contact with the Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and support our Key Accounts to expand into new markets You constantly follow Crown's marketing strategy and ensure that the customer journey is adhered to You present your results to the management and highlight possible potentialsRequirements & Qualifications
You have a technical or commercial degree and have already gained some experience in a similar position? You are characterized by an excellent customer and service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking? You enjoy being in contact with customers and dealers and know how to develop long term relationships? You enjoy travelling on a regular base and like to work international? You speak English fluently and maybe other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German etc.?Can you answer many of these questions with “YES”?
