Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du hast idealerweise eine mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Export und Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z.B. italienisch, französisch von Vorteil)
  • Du hast Spaß an Kundenkontakt, kannst selbständig arbeiten, bist teamfähig und zeigst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Sorgfalt sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus

  • Du betreust unsere internationalen Kunden und Vertriebspartner im Innendienst per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Du wickelst Aufträge selbständig und eigenverantwortlich ab 
  • Du erstellst die erforderlichen Zollpapiere gemäß geltender Zollvorschriften für den Export und kümmerst Dich um die Versandabwicklung
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zur optimalen Transportlösung
  • Du pflegst kundenrelevanten Informationen im System
  • Du erstellst Offerten, kümmerst Dich um Dokumentation und Abrechnung sowie die Zollabwicklungen
  • Du kümmerst Dich aktiv um Dokumentenprüfung, Zusammenführung, Weiterleitung und aktiv um den After-Sales Service
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Messevorbereitungen mit
