Auftragsabwicklung
Als CA überwachst du deine Projekte im CRM-System. Du identifizierst Projekte, die besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern, und verstehst, wie du die verfügbaren Dashboards oder Berichte im CRM-System nutzt. Du unterstützt die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Partnern, Netz und Logistikteams.

Technische Unterstützung
Du bietest grundlegende technische Unterstützung und löst Kundenanfragen im Zusammenhang mit Photovoltaik-Systemen. Bei komplexen technischen Problemen arbeitest du eng mit dem technischen Supportteam zusammen.

Produktkenntnisse
Du entwickelst und pflegst ein umfassendes Verständnis unserer Photovoltaik- Produkte, bleibst über Branchentrends und Fortschritte informiert. Du informierst unsere Kunden über die Vorteile und Funktionen unserer Produkte, um ihnen bei informierten Entscheidungen zu helfen.

Dokumentation und Berichterstattung
Du hältst genaue Aufzeichnungen von Kundeninteraktionen, Transaktionen, Anfragen und Feedback. Zudem generierst du Berichte und teilst Kundeninformationen mit relevanten Abteilungen, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu fördern.

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice und bringst nicht nur Fachkenntnisse, sondern auch eine leidenschaftliche Hingabe für exzellenten Kundenservice mit. Diese Leidenschaft spiegelt sich nicht nur in deinen Erfahrungen, sondern auch in deiner Fähigkeit wider, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und nachhaltig zu pflegen. Deine herausragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit einer angenehmen und professionellen Telefonstimme setzt Maßstäbe. Als emphatische:r Zuhörer:in mit guten Verhandlungsfähigkeiten erfüllst du Kund:innen- und Teamerwartungen. Deine Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Ergebnisse und die proaktive Bereitschaft, Feedback anzunehmen und zu geben sowie Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben, zeugen von deinem Engagement. Du verstehst geschäftliche Bedürfnisse und passt dich flexibel an. Deine Teamorientierung und respektvolle Kommunikation mit deinem und anderen Teams fördern eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und unterstützen den gemeinsamen Erfolg. Du bist bereit, branchenspezifische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, insbesondere im Bereich photovoltaischer Produkte, Hardware-Installation und Genehmigung/Registrierung von Installationen. Falls du bereits mit CRM-Software gearbeitet hast, ist das ein Plus; ansonsten bringen wir dir alle erforderlichen Fähigkeiten bei. Deine exzellenten Deutschkenntnisse und sehr guten Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
