We as Global Digital Services enable BASF’s digitalization. In agile teams, we develop innovative digital solutions for BASF and its customers, create new exciting customer experiences and business growth, and drive efficiencies in processes. We provide IT that works and offer know-how and access to latest technologies in the areas of cloud computing, blockchain or big data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the "Digital Commerce & Advisory" product family, we are responsible for searching for and displaying product information on digital channels – from websites to product finders and webshops. This makes us the enabler for digital customer channels. Through our solutions, we enable our customers to find relevant product information at every stage of their customer journey and thus make a major contribution to an optimal user experience.
You help to strategically align our solutions with current and future business needs. As a consultant for the business units, you continue to drive the global adoption of our solutions forward and support change management. You collect new business requirements and are responsible for validation, specification and prioritization. You support the Product Owners in the development of their product roadmaps and ensure that they are transparent to our stakeholders in business as well as IT. Together with the business, you plan rollout projects and ensure that they are implemented according to plan in terms of budget, scope and time.
QUALIFICATIONS
completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a similar field or a completed apprenticeship high interest in the conception and further development of IT products based on the needs of consumers experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements as well as in managing projects Know-how in dealing with agile methods such as Scrum as well as corresponding collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps excellent communication and analysis skills in German and English proactive entrepreneurial action, a strong sense of responsibility, good work organization and the ability to work in an agile environment, supplemented by a strong focus on innovation and customers
