Your tasks

Taking control of change processes, including planning, coordination and implementation in coordination with the Operations Product Leader. Ensuring the creation, release and training of production documents in accordance with quality standards and deadlines. Supporting development projects, setting up samples/prototypes and assessing manufacturability. Management of measures as a result of quality reports and involvement of relevant interfaces. Participation in the review of documents for verification, validation and qualification. Implementation of improvement initiatives and support with cost and impact analysis. Participation in the further development of the change management process.

Your profile

Completed training as a state-certified technician / IT specialist or alternatively as a mechatronics technician or mechanic/electronics technician Sound professional experience in the respective other training occupation and field of work Or professional experience in the production of complex mechatronic systems, preferably in the field of laboratory automation in the market for regulated medical devices in accordance with ISO 13485 (MPG: Medical Devices Act) SAP knowledge, in particular the SAP change process Confident handling of MS Office Good written and spoken German and English skills Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style Flexibility & ability to work in a team as well as commitment & reliability
