Deine Aufgaben
Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) System of Quality Management - SoQM Core Management Team wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft. Du bringst Erfahrungen dem Betrieb von internen Kontrollsystemen (IKS) oder Compliance-Managementsystemen in einem komplexen Unternehmensumfeld mit. Du verfügst über solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint) und hast Interesse, Dich in die Digitalisierung von Prozessen und neue IT-Tools einzuarbeiten. Idealerweise hast Du Praxiserfahrungen im agilen Projektumfeld. Zu Deinen persönlichen Stärken gehören neben einer ausgeprägten analytischen Denkweise, Kommunikationsvermögen und Kund:innenorientierung sowie Innovationskraft. Du durchdringst komplexe Sachverhalte und diskutierst diese auch im Team. Ausgeprägtes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein besonderes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Schreibfähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in Präsentationstools sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.

Du begeisterst Dich für das Risikomanagement und möchtest den Bereich Quality & Risk Management tatkräftig unterstützen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und den Betrieb der Business- und Support-Prozesse unseres internen Qualitätssicherungssystems zur Praxisorganisation und unserem System of Quality Management (SoQM). In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Expert:innen des SoQM Workflow- und Prozessmanagementtools bist Du Teil unseres SoQM Business- und Supportteams. Dazu gehört auch die Qualitätssicherung von Daten und die Überprüfung der Einhaltung methodischer Vorgaben. Zudem unterstützt Du unter Führung Deines Senior Experts unternehmensweit Teams bei der Durchführung von Risiko- und Prozessanalysen sowie bei der Identifikation von (Prozess-) Risiken. Die Steuerung und Überwachung von Milestones im Zusammenhang mit den Änderungen unseres SoQM wie auch beim Nachhalten von vereinbarten Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen von KPMG gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du wirkst bei der Erstellung eines aussagefähigen, adressatendifferenzierten Reportings mit und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von SoQM-spezifischen, stakeholderbezogenen Trainings- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Organisation, teilweise auch die Durchführung von Regelterminen.
