What part will you play?
The Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for PTI Consulting is responsible for developing and driving targeted marketing and communication activities to support the customer journey for the PTI Consulting business. This role collaborates closely with the PTI team, management and team members globally, global marketing teams and the Communications team. The objective is to position PTI consultants as thought leaders in sustainable power grids, to increase awareness of PTI Consulting services among customers and to drive Order Intake.
- In your new role, serve as a business partner for PTI Consulting.
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies and targeted activity plans.
- Conceptualize, implement, and monitor omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Plan and supervise the marketing budget.
- Develop content for internal and external communications, including social media posts,.
- Plan participation in sales events and fairs.
- Develop and continuously update internet pages in addition provide sales collateral and related materials on collaboration platforms.
- Manage online marketing efforts, including SEA, SEO, and social media.
What you need to make real what matters.
- University degree in marketing or related studies or other qualification but strong track record in the above mentioned fields of activity.
- Several years of experience in operational marketing in the B2B business, preferably in software or digitalization related consultancy business,
- Proven track record in storytelling, in execution of complex campaigns and in sales support projects.
- Basic understanding of energy-related topics or electrical energy supply systems is highly advantageous.
- Experience in working in a complex matrix organization at a multinational or global company is helpful.
- Proficiency in English off your profile, fluency in German required.
