Wir realisieren spannende Projekte mit unserem renommierten Kunden Airbus Operations und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n motivierte/n Mitarbeiter für die Position des "Aircraft Maintenance Engineer" (m/w/d).

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bereitstellung detaillierter Arbeitsaufträge und Jobkarten für die Produktion in der Flightline/Delivery auf Grundlage der aktuell geltenden technischen Wartungsdokumentation wie MPD, AMM, CMM, TSM und anderen Dokumentationsreferenzen (einschließlich aller Aufgaben und Schritte)
  • Prüfung und Nachhalten von geplanten Standard Maintenance Aktivitäten und von sich nicht wiederholenden Non-Standard-Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Aktualität von Work Ordern, Qualifikationen und Job Cards
  • Bereitstellen der Stücklisten (BoM) einschließlich aller Teile, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Werkzeuge ,die für die Maintenance erforderlich sind unter Einhaltung der Qualification-Regeln und aller relevanten maßgeblichen Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Konformität mit dem Production Organization Approval (POA)
  • Ausführen der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen allen Constituent Assembly (CA) Owners, Quality and Engineering (MAP)

 

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Fachwirt 
  • Über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau
  • Über ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Engineering, Fertigung/ Produktion und Manufacturing Engineering
  • Erfahrungen im Prüfen und Freigeben von Bauunterlagen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung und Koordination wünschenswert 
  • Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement 
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy und zamiz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, Wochenendarbeit, Sonn- und Feiertag sowie Rufbereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
