Customer Care Manager

Du bist freundlich, authentisch und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen immer den Überblick? Werde Teil unseres lockeren Teams und erlebe jeden Tag eine neue Herausforderung.
Deine Rolle- Du bist für die Koordination des täglichen Vermietgeschäfts verantwortlich und kümmerst dich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Übergaben und Rücknahmen der Fahrzeuge
- Unsere Kund:innen und deren Zufriedenheit stehen für dich im Vordergrund und du sorgst für eine tolle Customer-Journey
- Du unterstützt die Standortleitung bei allen operativen Prozessen
- Du sorgst für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards, vor allem in Bezug auf den Umgang mit unseren Kund:innen
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Lust auf ein neues Abenteuer
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Autovermietung, Tourismus o.ä. sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist absolut Hands-On (hast also kein Problem damit anzupacken) und kommunizierst gerne
- Du bist ein belastbarer Problemlöser und Organisationstalent
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Du kannst auch an Wochenenden arbeiten
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
