Neugierig? Als Requirements Engineer bei der infodas bringst Du Dein Können und Deine Erfahrung in zukunftsweisenden Programmen und Projekten ein und schaffst im Team die Basis zur Realisierung von komplexen, sicherheitskritischen Lösungen im militärischen und behördlichen Umfeld. Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Erhebung, Analyse, Umsetzung, Prüfung und Verwaltung der Requirements über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest mit unseren Kunden an deren Erhebung qualitativ hochwertiger Anforderungen mit.
  • Du übersetzt diese Anforderungen in die Architektur von IT-Systemen und Services.
  • Du kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern und moderierst Workshops.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Anforderungsbestände sowie Auswertungen,
    selbstverständlich digital (auch) in Requirements Management Systemen.
  • Während der Realisierungsphase und bei Änderungen sicherst Du die Gültigkeit und Qualität der Requirements.
  • Du trägst zur Konzeption und Ausbau der vorhandenen Requirements Management Systeme und Methodik bei. Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Requirements Prozessen und Werkzeugen.
  • Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für eine nachhaltige Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung von erzeugten Arbeitsergebnissen und teilst Dein Wissen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden, stehst dem Kunden mit einem offenen Mindset, als neutraler Partner motivierend zur Seite. Du verstehst es, auch komplexe Sachverhalte angepasst an Dein Gegenüber vorzustellen und verständlich auszudrücken.
  • Du wendest kreative Methoden und Techniken bei der Erhebung der Anforderungen an.
  • Ob Modell oder Sprache, beide Arten der Anforderungsdokumentation nutzt Du zweckmäßig und sachgerecht.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung bei Entwurf und Fortschreibung von Informationsmodellen und deren Interoperabilität mit und kennst Dich mit einschlägigen Tools und Austauschformaten im Requirements Management aus.
  • Du denkst analytisch, bist strukturiert, arbeitest selbstständig und gewissenhaft und bist ein wahrer Teamplayer.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du verfügst über die notwendige Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
