DV/PV Manager

• Planning, organizing, and prioritizing validation activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.

• Tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on validation activities and address any concerns or issues.

• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Setting clear expectations, goals, and objectives for team members and providing regular feedback on performance.

• Identifying opportunities for professional development and training to help team members enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Overseeing the validation to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.

• Developing and implementing validation plans and protocols.

• Managing a team responsible for executing validation tests and analyses.

• Analyzing validation results and providing recommendations for design/process improvements.

• Collaborating with design engineers, testing engineers and other stakeholders to address design issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Ensuring that validation activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

• Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to design and process validation in the automotive industry and implementing necessary updates to validation processes.

• Ensure that LL applied from previous projects and mostly set as Standards

• Support RFI /RFQ activities

• Manage  DV/PV POs and follow their activities in P2 and P1 projects

You inspire us with that:

• You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, hardware or system)

• You bring several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry

• You have leadership experience

• Initiative, high flexibility and good communication skills

• Very good English language skills, German language skills an advantage
