Within the Board of Management department Integrity, Governance & Sustainability of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, the Compliance department is functionally aligned and supports the various areas along the value chain - from development, purchasing and production through to sales.
As an intern with a focus on Human Rights | Social Compliance | ESG in the Social Compliance team, you can expect the following exciting tasks:
You will support the Social Compliance team in the Board of Management department Integrity, Governance and Sustainability of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, which coordinates all central and Group-wide activities and initiatives relating to human rights and social compliance Research activities in the area of human rights, social compliance and ESG (e.g. on current legal, political and social developments in relation to human rights, risk analyses, human rights governance or supply chain issues in relation to human rights, etc.) You will support the Social Compliance team in the following activitiesAdvice and project support in the further development of the Mercedes-Benz human rights approachAnalyzing national, European and international developments in relation to human rights and, if necessary, deriving specific recommendations for action for the Mercedes-Benz human rights approachSupport in the organization and content preparation of events and the Mercedes-Benz Sustainability Dialogue (including the Human Rights Working Group)Support in the planning, preparation and production of text contributions for Mercedes-Benz sustainability communicationSupporting the exchange and communication with Mercedes-Benz stakeholdersWe offer you:
