DetailedAnalysis: Examine customer requirements and conduct detailedmarket and competitive analysis to provide basis for decisions. StrategicPlanning: Work closely with clients to develop and implementtailored business strategies and roadmaps, contributing to long-term planning. SpecialistInterview Support: Assist with interviews and workshops, helping tofacilitate discussions and share knowledge. ManagementPresentations: Prepare presentations for senior management, ensuringclear communication of insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.

EducationalBackground: At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studieswith excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academicqualification (Master’s/Ph.D.) PracticalExperience: Minimum of one internship at a managementconsultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategyor involvement in a student consultancy. GeneralConsulting Skills: Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupledwith an entrepreneurial approach. InternationalExperience: Exposure to international environments during yourstudies or previous internships. Language: Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) TeamSpirit: High levels of social competence, passion and ateam-oriented approach.
