It’s an exciting time to join Ogury As the Field Marketing Manager in the CE region, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with both local and global teams.The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments. The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts - that will not only grab attention, but also leave a lasting impression. Innovation is not just encouraged – it's expected. Your insights and initiatives will be pivotal in propelling our company to new heights.This role will report into our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan- Italy. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Cologne office.

What you will be doing:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the German and Eastern European markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectives Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the German and Eastern European markets Implement brand-building initiatives across the CEE region with a strong focus on Germany, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences. Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact Scale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrative Lead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience

About you:

4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on ad tech/SAAS Proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in the CEE markets Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams Autonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution Excellent understanding of market nuances, particularly in the German and Eastern European regions Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact  Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional Eastern European languages are a plus Benefits vary by locations but you can expect: Competitive salary with a bonus, paid quarterlyFlexible approach to working hours and locationKeeping our Ogurians happy and healthy is a priority for us, so we offer access to both physical and mental health and wellbeing benefitsMedical cover planOccupational pension plan with 50% employer contribution (Gothaer)Group accident insuranceFree parking at the officeDiscounted monthly subscription for public transport (50% paid by employer).At Ogury we are a group of creative thinkers and action-takers that thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
