#TASKS
Implementieren und Überwachen der Yield- und Revenue Strategien in Bezug auf Preise und Kapazitäten Überwachung der Verkaufspreise in den angeschlossenen Systemen Auswertung von Benchmarking- sowie anderer unternehmensrelevanter Berichte Überprüfung und Kontrolle der Reservierungssysteme Überwachung der Datenbanken Sicherstellung eines optimalen Informationsflusses zwischen den Abteilungen Kalkulation von Raten und Packages Beratung und Unterstützung bei Preis- und Verfügbarkeitsverhandlungen für Einzel-, Gruppen- und Veranstaltungsanfragen
#SKILLS
Fachausbildung mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Revenue Management Hervorragende Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel Gute Hotelsoftware Kenntnisse, idealerweise Opera Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von RMS Systemen, Channel Manager und CRS Systemen Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken Verhandlungssicherheit und Belastbarkeit Teamgeist und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Ergebnis- und umsatzorientiertes Handeln
