Diese Herausforderung erwartet dich:
Neue Fahrzeuge sind zunehmend mit kontaktlosen Sensoren (sog. In-Cabin Monitoring Technologien) wie Kamera und Radar ausgestattet.
Durch das Anwenden von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) auf diese Sensordaten, lassen sich Sicherheits- und Komfortfunktionen für Insassen implementieren. Zudem werden zukünftige Fahrzeuggenerationen neue Innenraumkonzepte erhalten, in denen diese Funktionen durch Simulationen und virtuellen Methoden integriert und abgesichert werden.
Ziel des FR-Themas ist die Geschäftsfeldentwicklung z.B. Software als Service, Forschung und Entwicklung an Lösungen für virtuelle Absicherungen und Simulationen dieser Technologien und die IAV als bevorzugten Partner für Projekte im Bereich der virtuellen Absicherung zu etablieren.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du stellst theoretische / wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zur Problemlösung bereit Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Ingenieur:innen und Naturwissenschaftler:innen zusammen Du entwickelst technologische Lösungen und Portfolios zur Erweiterung der Geschäftsfelder der IAV-Fahrzeugsicherheit Du unterstützt in der Kundenakquise, Projektpartnerschaften des entwickelten Portfolios Als Fachreferent:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Koordination und Leitung von Projekten in diesem Bereich Du entwickelst dich zu einem internationalen Experten, hältst Fachvorträge auf Tagungen bzw. Symposien und präsentierst das Portfolio auf internationalen Fachmessen Du erweiterst unser Netzwerk und erschließt damit neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Notwendige Kenntnisse:
Abgeschlossenes MINT-Studium, vorzugsweise mit Promotion Fähigkeit, Theorie, Naturwissenschaft und Anwendung zu verbinden Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz Präsentations- und Moderationsskills Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit relevanten Modellierungsprinzipien, -ansätzen und -software sowie Programmierkenntnisse, KI-basierte Methoden und Algorithmen
