Was steckt hinter dem Programm "Autism at Work" bei SAP?

Das Programm Autism at Work richtet sich an Menschen aus dem Autismus-Spektrum (klinisch diagnostiziert), die bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Hochschulstudium absolviert haben bzw. kurz vor dem Abschluss stehen. Unser Team unterstützt Sie bestmöglich bei dem Einstieg in eine Beschäftigung bei SAP an unseren Standorten in Deutschland. Eine Anstellung kann grundsätzlich in allen Unternehmensbereichen erfolgen, der Schwerpunkt der verfügbaren Stellen ist jedoch im Bereich Softwareentwicklung (inkl. Qualitätsmanagement oder Service & Support) angesiedelt.

Nach Eingang Ihrer Bewerbung prüfen wir, ob eine Eignung für einen unserer Unternehmensbereiche gegeben ist. Sollte das der Fall sein, laden wir Sie zu einem persönlichen Kennenlern-Gespräch mit unserem Autism at Work Team ein.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es keine exklusiven Stellen für Kandidat*innen aus dem Autism at Work Programm gibt, sodass Sie sich zusätzlich nach erfolgreichem Kennenlern-Gespräch auf unsere allgemein ausgeschriebenen Stellen bewerben müssen.

 

Folgen Voraussetzungen sollten Sie erfüllen:

- Sie besitzen eine Autismus-Diagnose

- Sie wohnen im Einzugsbereich einer unserer Standorte oder sind bereit umzuziehen.

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im MINT-Bereich oder ein Hochschulstudium der Natur-, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften, z.B. der Fachrichtungen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Physik.

- Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift.

 

Welche Kenntnisse/Fähigkeiten sollten Sie mitbringen?

Neben einer stark analytischen Herangehensweise im Denken und Handeln sollten Sie auch in zumindest einem der folgenden Bereiche Wissen und/oder Erfahrung mitbringen:

- Praktische Erfahrung im Entwickeln und Testen von Software

- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse von Betriebssystemen

- Vertiefte Erfahrung in zumindest einer höheren Programmiersprache (ABAP, Java, Javascript, C, C#, C++, Python)

- Gute Kenntnis von Datenbanksystemen

- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Arbeitsprozessen (z.B. SCRUM)

- Die Fähigkeit, technische Fragestellungen schnell zu analysieren
