Du brennst für Herausforderungen?

Als Program Principal (Business Applications) (w/m/d) bistDu verantwortlich für:

■ Du trägst die Verantwortung für alle Projekte im Bereich Global IT - Business Applications.

■ Du bewertest neue Business Applikationsanforderungen in Hinblick auf aktuelle Portfolioabdeckung und Marktanalysen und bist die Schnittstelle zu den Fachbereichen und bewertest neue Anforderungen in Hinblick auf Portfolio und Marktmöglichkeiten.

■ Dabei entwickelst Du in Abstimmung mit den SAP Expert:innen des Business Application Teams eine Strategie (Portfolioerweiterung, Eigenentwicklung, Softwareauswahl, 3rd Party Anwendung) und initiierst die erforderlichen Projekte (inkl. Budgetierung, Staffing, etc.).

■ Du erstellst die Budgetplanung für alle SAP Business Application Projekte und monitorst permanent die Budgeteinhaltung.

■ Du unterstützt Projektleiter:innen in ihrer Rolle und Weiterentwicklung.

■ Du leitest dedizierte Projektleiter:innen des Bereichs Business Applications disziplinarisch und verantwortest das Vertragsmanagement der benötigten externen Berater:innen.

■ Optional leitest Du Projekte eigenverantwortlich.

■ Du berichtest direkt an den Head of Business Applications.

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential

■ Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Informatik.

■ Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Projekt/ Programmleiter:in (idealerweise zertifiziert in PMI / Scrum oder vergleichbar).

■ Du besitzt langjährige Erfahrungen als SAP Berater:in in SAP ECC, S4/HANA, SAP Infrastructure (BTP) und weitere SAP Applikationen (z.B.: Concur, Success factors etc). Erfahrungen als Application Manager sind wünschenswert.

■ Du bist eine durchsetzungsfähige, überzeugungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit langjähriger SAP-Projekterfahrung, sowie nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Projekt- und Change-Management.

■ Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes kundenorientiertes, konzeptionelles und unternehmerisches Denken.

■ Dubist rhetorisch stark und überzeugst durch souveränes sowie professionelles Auftreten, Verhandeln und Präsentieren.

■ Du bist flexibel in Deinem Handeln und Denken und lässt gerne neue Impulse zu. Du hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität.

■ Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
