Doctolib sucht dich als Senior Customer Communication Manager (x/f/m) In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die vollständige Kommunikation mit unseren bestehenden B2B-Kunden, entwickelst und managst die Marketing Customer Journey und gestaltest zielgruppenspezifische Kampagnen für unsere diversen Kundensegmente. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Kommunikationskampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle, wie beispielsweise In-App und E-Mail, behältst dabei die Übersicht über die Marketing Customer Journey und analysierst den Erfolg deiner Kampagnen. Eigenverantwortlich leitest du die Planung der Kampagnen und die gesamte B2B Customer Journey für unsere Nutzer und gewährleistest, dass Projekte kreativ und mit Fokus auf die Nutzererfahrung realisiert werden. Hierfür arbeitest du eng mit dem Customer Engagement Team, dem Product Marketing und dem Marketing Performance Team zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben
Du steuerst den gesamten B2B Marketing Customer Journey für unsere Bestandskunden in Deutschland und erstellst hierzu über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, In App, etc), Kundensegmente und Produkte hinweg einen Ende-zu-Ende Journey mit Fokus auf Storytelling für unsere Nutzer:innenDu erstellst Kampagnen zur Ankündigung von Product-Launches und Cycle Releases, sowie Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Nutzung unserer Lösungen und zur Sicherstellung der Wertwahrnehmung unserer Produkte. Fokus hierbei ist die Nutzungsrate unsere Lösungen zu steigern, den Mehrwert von Doctolib bei der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen zu platzieren und Vertrauen bei unseren B2B-Nutzern:innen aufzubauen Du wertest die Effektivität der Kampagnen monatlich aus und optimierst diese für besseren Reach und ImpactDu arbeitest eng mit dem Rest des Customer Engagement Teams zusammen, um deine erstellten Inhalten bei unseren B2B Nutzer:innen zu platzieren und Engagement sicherzustellenDu wertest die Performance der von dir erstellten Kampagnen ausDie Haupt-KPIs, an denen du mitwirken wirst: ProduktnutzungNutzerzufriedenheitNutzer-EngagementKampagnen PerformanceDein Profil

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit:
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder ähnlichen Fächern. Ein Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitsmanagement/Gesundheitsökonomie ist ein Plus Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen (Content-) Marketing, Copywriting, PR & Communications o.ä. im Gesundheitswesen. Du bist Copywriting Experte und hast bereits Erfahrung im Customer Journey Management sowie im StorytellingDu bist gut strukturiert und behältst auch in intensiven Projektphasen den ÜberblickDu hast bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Braze und WalkMe oder anderen CRM ToolsDu verfügst über eine herausragende Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und verhandlungssichere EnglischkenntnisseBesonders interessant sind für uns außerdem:
