Gathering and communicating the business requirements of our clients to the team Preparing and holding meetings, workshops and training activities  Coordinating and participating in knowledge sharing workshops with our medical underwriters and international client project managers Building communities with our international colleagues around the knowledge base development to share knowledge and establish best practices  Supporting our Knowledge Base team in the development of the rule set, using your experience of agile methodology

You come equipped with

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, physics, data science, medicine or computer science Several years of experience in medical underwriting with an affinity for AUCS and ruleset development Experience in requirements engineering or a similar activity Experience in agile software development (Scrum / Kanban) English at a business fluent level and German at a conversational level Very good communication skills as well as an international mindset and willingness to go on occasional business trips Confident and service-oriented approach in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
