Area of Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Marketing to integrate sustainability messaging into product narratives, ensuring sustainability attributes resonate with consumer values and market demands. Collaborate with the Design and R&D teams to embed eco-design principles from concept through to final product, influencing material selection, energy efficiency, and end-of-life strategies. Lead initiatives that enhance the sustainability of Cybex Product Portfolio, with a strong focus on eco-design principles and lifecycle optimization. In partnership with the Head of Sustainability, develop and execute a long-term roadmap for sustainable product development, targeting industry-leading standards and regulatory alignment. Facilitate and drive the integration of international sustainability frameworks (e.g. Eco-Design for Sustainable Products), specifically aligning product initiatives to meet these standards. Oversee and support lifecycle assessments (LCAs) for products and materials, providing data-driven insights to guide eco-design and product marketing strategies. Establish, monitor, and report on sustainability KPIs that specifically relate to product impact, communicating progress both internally and externally. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion sustainable design initiatives and promote Cybex’s leadership in eco-design and sustainable product marketing.

Your profile of qualification: 

A degree management, product marketing, design, engineering, or related fields with a sustainability focus is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of eco-design practices and experience in aligning product marketing with sustainability messaging. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to communicate complex sustainability concepts clearly across design and marketing teams. Ability to manage projects independently while fostering collaboration across various departments. Proven experience in product lifecycle assessments and the application of LCA data to support product design and marketing decisions. Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, compliance standards, and eco-design regulations. Flexible, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
