About the role:
To strengthen our team at our location in Garching, Gunnebo Deutschland GmbHis looking for a Project Manager to join the Entrance Control business unit as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the punctual and orderly completion of our Entrance Control projects to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
Your main tasks:
- Management and processing of projects in the Entrance Control area via the company's own ERP system, from ordering to project-related purchasing, dispatch of project-related material orders, organisation of assembly/installation up to and including invoicing and tracking of open items.
- Compilation of necessary documents for project processing (e.g. tender documents, configuration forms, cable plans, approved execution drawings, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes)
- Liaising with clients, architects and suppliers as well as internal company departments, participating in meetings to improve project management processes.
Your profile:
- Minimum B2 German
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
- Ability to work under pressure and a structured, independent and reliable way of working.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP software after familiarisation
