Energy Underwriting Strategy Manager

Your tasks:
Development and formulation of strategy and governance for the global energy portfolio, collaborating closely with other lines of business Portfolio steering and planning for the global energy portfolio Optimization of the operating model for the energy business Technical underwriting of energy clients in Property and Engineering Lines of Business, in collaboration with broker hubs and HDI Global SE units Support for the implementation of a worldwide energy community for knowledge sharing and collaboration Drive product development tailored to the needs of energy clients Organize training activities to empower employees in the energy sector
Your profile:
Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the industrial insurance business Professional experience in underwriting in the area of energy risks desirable Professional experience in strategy development desirable Team-orientated, independent and solution-oriented way of working Communicative, interpersonal and project management skills Good knowledge of the MS Office package Very good written and spoken English, ideally good knowledge of another foreign language Willingness to travel We know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are straight forward.
