Als Product Growth Manager (m/w/d) – Supplier Products bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass Lieferanten unsere Produkte nutzen, dabei bleiben und aktiv damit arbeiten. Du experimentierst, analysierst Daten und optimierst Features, um das Ganze noch besser zu machen. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, coole, lieferantenfreundliche Wachstumsstrategien zu entwickeln, die für alle skalieren und echten Mehrwert bieten. Die Rolle ist hands-on, datengetrieben und super kollaborativ – du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, damit alles reibungslos läuft.

Was erwartet dich?

Entwickle und analysiere Wachstums-Experimente, um das Onboarding, die Nutzung von Features und das Engagement von Lieferanten zu optimieren Gestalte skalierbare Wachstumsstrategien, wie z.B. Empfehlungsprogramme, um das Lieferanten-Netzwerk auszubauen. Erstelle und überwache wichtige Wachstumsmetriken (z. B. Feature-Nutzung, Lieferantenbindung und Abwanderung) Führe A/B-Tests durch und nutze Daten-Tools, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und Wachstumsentscheidungen zu treffen Arbeite mit den Teams aus Produkt, Engineering und Go-To-Market zusammen, um Features und Workflows zu entwickeln, die Probleme von Lieferanten lösen und das Engagement steigern Setze dich bei der Roadmap-Planung und Entscheidungsfindung für Wachstumschancen im Bereich Lieferanten ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer wachstumsorientierten Rolle (z. B. Growth Product Management, Produktanalyse oder Experimentierung), idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Bereich oder mit lieferantenorientierten Lösungen Fundierte Erfahrung im Design und in der Analyse von Experimenten (z. B. A/B-Tests) mit nachweislichen Erfolgen bei der Erzielung messbarer Wachstumsziele Versiert im Umgang mit Tools wie SQL, Tableau, Pendo oder ähnlichen Analyseplattformen und in der Lage, Daten effektiv zu analysieren und zu visualisieren Tiefes Verständnis von Nutzerverhalten und Wachstumsschleifen mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung lieferantenfreundlicher Lösungen Vertrautheit mit CRM-Tools, Empfehlungsprogrammen oder Automatisierungsplattformen, die skalierbares Lieferantenwachstum ermöglichen Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld teamübergreifend zu arbeiten

Join us

As a Product Growth Manager (m/f/d) – Supplier Products you will take ownership of driving supplier adoption, retention, and engagement through experimentation, data analysis, and feature optimization. You’ll focus on creating supplier-centric growth loops and scalable strategies to drive adoption and maximize supplier value. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring you to work cross-functionally to ensure product growth initiatives are seamlessly executed.

What can you expect?

Develop, execute, and analyze growth experiments to optimize supplier onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement Design scalable growth loops, such as referral programs, to expand the supplier ecosystem Build and monitor key growth metrics (e.g., feature usage, supplier retention, and churn) Conduct A/B testing and use data tools to identify insights and drive growth decisions Partner with Product, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to build features and workflows that solve supplier pain points and drive engagement Advocate for supplier growth opportunities during roadmap planning and decision-making

What should you bring along?

At least 3 years in a growth-focused role (e.g., growth product management, product analytics, or experimentation), preferably in B2B SaaS or supplier-facing solutions Strong experience designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B tests), with a track record of driving measurable growth outcomes Proficient in tools like SQL, Tableau, Pendo, or similar analytics platforms, with the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively Deep understanding of user behavior and growth loops, with a focus on creating supplier-centric solutions Familiarity with CRM tools, referral systems, or automation platforms that enable supplier growth at scale Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
