Unser 15-monatiges BE PILOT Traineeprogramm bietet Ihnen einen idealen Start für Ihre erfolgreiche Zukunft in einem führenden, zukunftsorientierten und nachhaltigen Unternehmen im Luxemburger Automobil- und Mobilitätdienstleistungsmarkt.

Das Programm startet mit einem cross-funktionalen Orientierungsblock, in dem Sie alle Geschäftsbereiche von LOSCH Luxembourg kennenlernen und einen umfassenden Einblick in die Automobil- und Mobilitätsbranche erhalten. Den weiteren Verlauf des Programms gestalten Sie selbst proaktiv mit. Orientiert an Ihren Stärken definieren wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam die weiteren Stationen bei LOSCH Luxembourg und bereiten Sie so optimal auf Ihre zukünftige Funktion vor.

Im Rahmen des Traineeprogrammes übernehmen Sie Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft. Sie bringen Ihre Ideen in strategischen Projekten ein und gestalten so die Zukunft von LOSCH Luxembourg mit. Dabei stehen Ihnen kompetente Mentoren zur Seite, die mit Ihnen gemeinsam die Weichen für Ihre erfolgreiche berufliche Zukunft stellen.

Obligatorische Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- bzw. Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Orientierungen
• Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen
• Unternehmerisches sowie strategisches Denken und Handeln
• Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Veränderungsbereitschaft und Selbstreflexion
• Kommunikationstalent
• Kreativität und lnnovationsfähigkeit
• Teamplayer
• Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office Produktfamilie
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse;
• Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen Sprache sind von Vorteil

BE PILOT Graduate Trainee Program [m/f/d] (permanent contract)

Job description:

Our 15-month BE PILOT program for young graduates offers you an ideal opportunity to launch your professional life in a leading, future-oriented, and sustainable company in the Luxembourg automotive and mobility services market.

You will begin your program with a cross-functional orientation period that will make you discover the different departments of LOSCH Luxembourg, so that you can get an overview of the automotive and mobility services sector. After your introductory course, you and your managers define the future steps of your program in a proactive and personal manner. Once your strengths are defined, we decide together about your next stations at LOSCH Luxembourg in order to prepare you in the best possible way for your future job.

During this program, you will gradually gain new responsibilities. You will bring your own ideas to strategic projects and will actively contribute to the future of LOSCH Luxembourg. Competent mentors will assist you and will lay the foundations of your professional career.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in economics, law, engineering or similar orientations
• You are passionate about the automotive market and about the current and future mobility challenges
• You have an enterprising and strategic spirit
• You are independent, organized, and proactive
• You’re open-minded and not afraid of changes
• You have good communication skills
• You are creative and innovative
• You have a strong team spirit
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office Pack
• You have a very good command of English as well as German and/or French; a good command of Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
