Environmental and Social Expert (m/w/d)
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:
Sie beraten internationale Entwicklungsteams (Onshore-Windenergie und Photovoltaik) beim Management von Umwelt- und Sozialthemen während der Projektplanung, insbesondere im Hinblick auf internationale E&S Standards Sie arbeiten mit den Projektmanagern zusammen, um E&S Dokumente (z.B. ESMPs, EIAs, ESIAs, ESMS) zu erstellen oder entsprechende Fachberater zu beauftragen und bei der Erstellung zu begleiten Sie unterstützen Projektverantwortliche in Bau und Betrieb bei der Überwachung der Implementierung von E&S Standards Sie nehmen an der Entwicklung eines auf internationalen Standards beruhenden Umwelt- und Sozialmanagementsystems (ESMS) für das Unternehmen teil Sie werden Strategien zur systematischen Einführung des ESMS in unser Unternehmen mitentwickeln und umsetzen Sie arbeiten eng mit den Entwicklungsteams von wpd, Anwälten, Banken und deren Beratern (einschließlich LESA) sowie E&S-Beratern zusammenIhr Profil:
Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelt, Naturwissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Ethics, Responsible Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Sie haben relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen bei der Anwendung von internationalen Umwelt- und Sozialstandards bei der Projektarbeit, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien Sie haben Kenntnisse der relevanten Rahmenwerke, Normen und Standards im Bereich E&S (z. B. EP4, IFC PS, relevante EU-Richtlinien) Sie gehen strukturiert und genau ans Werk, arbeiten sich gerne in neue Sachverhalte ein und stellen dabei gerne konzeptionelle Zusammenhänge her, um tragfähige Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und umzusetzen Sie verfügen über sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
