Tasks

Are you an SAP HCM Technical Consultant with a hunger for new challenges? We are seeking individuals like you to drive customization and development within the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module. Your role will encompass a spectrum of responsibilities, from crafting mobile applications using Fiori and UI5 to seamlessly integrating cloud applications like SuccessFactors and Concur with SAP OnPremise (S4/HANA) in intricate architectures. Alongside development, you'll delve into software design, project management, extend support to national and international clients, and nurture fellow colleagues through coaching.

  • Spearhead innovative projects tackling contemporary HR challenges.
  • Enjoy autonomy in development with minimal administrative distractions.
  • Engage in short communication channels within a supportive, agile team.

Requirements

Are you the perfect fit for this role?

  • Professional experience in SAP HCM development (UI5, Fiori, Workflow, PA, PT, PY, SuccessFactors, Concur).
  • Proficiency in software development with practical programming skills.
  • A thirst for learning and exploration.
  • Excellent self-organization and communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing smaller projects is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
  • Willingness to undertake reasonable travel.
