Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und -standards in allen Bereichen des Unternehmens

Beratung der Betriebsleitung und der Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeitsschutzes und der Unfallverhütung

Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung

Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen der Mitarbeiter in sicherheitsrelevanten Themen

Untersuchung von Arbeitsunfällen und Beinaheunfällen sowie Erarbeitung von präventionsmaßnahmen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsarzt und Zusammenarbeit in inter-disziplinären Teams

Mitarbeit im IMS Team

Organisation und Leitung der ASA–Sitzungen

Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten (DACH/EMEA)

Durchführung von Managementsystem und EHS-Beobachtungsaudit

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau o.ä.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Normen

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Sicherheitsstandards

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen

Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
