Lo que harás:

Garantizar el servicio antes, durante y después de la apertura de los diferentes restaurantes del complejo para buffets de 600 a 1000 cubiertos por servicio Garantizar el mantenimiento del equipo (platos pequeños, platos grandes) Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad del Club Med, así como el mantenimiento de la propiedad
