Als Procurement Director Contracts (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class="text-element">

Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Hotels im Bereiche Dienstleistungsverträge Entwicklung und Implementation von Strategien, um das Erreichen der Unternehmensziele sicherzustellen Marktanalysen und Bewertungen potenzieller und bestehender Lieferanten, um Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Qualität der Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, um Kostenersparnisse zu generieren und Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen Führen von Verhandlungen von Verträgen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Konditionen mit den Lieferpartnern Entwickeln und Erstellen von Verträgen und SLAs, sowie Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien Budgetüberwachung für Ihren Bereich Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Operations, Facility Management und Finance, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten
