Your tasks

You develop needs-based solutions and are the point of contact for all user-related requirements, from planning to commissioning of the technical building services. You act as an interface between MAN's internal departments and all external partners involved in a construction project, such as specialist planners, architects, contractors and experts. You will ensure the internal and external flow of information between planning, execution and requesting parties through to handover and commissioning and maintain the documentation and as-built records of all measures on your own responsibility. In cooperation with the internal project controlling department, you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the projects you supervise.

Your profile

TGA planners, have a degree in supply engineering / technical building services or a comparable qualification, such as HVAC technician with relevant professional experience. Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of technical building systems and components in industrial buildings. Experience in project management personal responsibility Very good communication skills in German and ideally also in English.
