Mission

Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie den Project Director bei allen Aspekten der Planung und Ausführung von Bauprojekten (hauptsächlich Industrie- und Logistikanlagen).

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen den Business Development Director und den Project Director in der Phase der Konzeption und Kostenbewertung der Projekte, indem Sie sich mit den Anforderungen, Bedingungen und Prozessen der Kunden auseinandersetzen

  • Sie sind zum Teil für das Projektmanagement vor allem im Hinblick auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität verantwortlich, dazu gehört u. a. das Vertragsmanagement auf Nachunternehmensseite

  • Sie unterstützen den Project Director bei technischen und administrativen Aufgaben und tauschen sich regelmäßig mit ihm aus

  • Sie überwachen die Baufortschritte vor Ort

  • Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Ablauf der Projekte im Einklang mit den unternehmensinternen Richtlinien und den Anforderungen der Kunden

Profil

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur, Architekt oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von komplexen Bauprojekten

  • Fundierte VOB und HOAI Kenntnisse

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, MS-Project sowie in AVA Programmen

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein

  • Durchsetzungskraft gepaart mit einer hohen Sozialkompetenz

  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse (und/oder Französisch) in Wort und Schrift

  • Hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft (min. 3 Tage/Wo. auf der Baustelle)
