Was Sie bei uns erwartet:
Die Division Automotive der HOERBIGER Gruppe ist u.a. als Hersteller für Schaltelemente im Pkw-Antriebsstrang bestens etabliert und bietet Produkte mit hoher Performance an. Um das Produktportfolio am PKW-Markt der Zukunft auszurichten, wurden u.a. die Produktlinien eCouplings (Schaltelemente für Batteriefahrzeuge) und Batteriekomponenten ins Leben gerufen. Darüber hinaus werden in der Produktlinie Automotive Comfort Solutions (ACS) hydraulische Aktoren für Komfort- und Chassisanwendungen entwickelt.
Als Functional Safety Manager (m/w/d) gestalten Sie an zentraler Stelle des Unternehmens die Zukunft von HOERBIGER aktiv mit und zeichnen sich als verantwortlich für das Thema Functional Safety im Unternehmen wie z.B. Batteriekomponenten (Zellgehäuse mit smarter Funktionalität), Aktoren mit integrierter Steuerung für Schaltelemente im Antriebstrang batterieelektrischer Fahrzeuge oder Steuerungen für hydraulische Aktoren.
Im Detail erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für alle relevanten Themen von Functional Safety im Unternehmen Begleitung und Beratung der Projekte bei der Entwicklung gemäß Anforderungen der ISO bis ASIL-D und Erstellung der notwendigen Sicherheitskonzepte Aufbau und Einführung der Funktionssicherheit in die Unternehmensprozesse auf Basis der ISO , inkl. der Definition von Prozessen, Methoden und Templates Durchführung der notwendigen Analysen und Ableitung der relevanten Aktivitäten (HARA, Design- und Prozess-FMEA) Durchführung, Moderation und Dokumentation der Risikoanalysen mit den internen und externen Verantwortlichen Analyse und Abstimmung der Safety Anforderungen mit den internen und externen Verantwortlichen Durchführung und Dokumentation von Reviews und Assessments Beratung des Management R&D und der Produktlinien bei relevanten Entscheidungen Vorbereitung von Systemfreigaben und Tracking der Freigaben mit den verantwortlichen R&D-Manager Regelmäßiges Status- Reporting an Management und Projektverantwortliche
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder ähnliche Studiengänge Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der FuSi Begleitung von Projekten im Rahmen der ISO und ASPICE, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Embedded Systems oder Batterie-Systemen Erfahrung mit Anforderungsmanagement-Tools wie Doors oder Polarion, sowie mit Jira und Confluence Kenntnisse mit der Entwicklung nach ASIL-C oder D-Standards Erfahrung mit Analysemethoden wie FMEA und FTA Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte sowie Ableitung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Automotive Cyber Security Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte sowie Ableitung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges Arbeiten und klare, transparente Kommunikation Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Hands-On Mentalität und Motivation für die Arbeit in einem neu zusammengestellten und innovativen Team-
