Durch die Recyclingaktivitäten von Interzero konnten allein im Jahr 2020 rund 1,4 Millionen Tonnen Treibhausgase im Vergleich zur Primärproduktion und 12,3 Millionen Tonnen Primärrohstoffe eingespart werden.
Aufgaben
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden hinsichtlich der Nutzung unseres neuen Kundenonlineportals- Sie kommunizieren professionell auf den Kontaktkanälen Telefon, E-Mail und ggf. Brief und leben dort eine aktive Kundenbetreuung
- Sie begleiten unsere Kunden im Rahmen der Migration und nehmen mögliche Kundenanforderungen bezüglich der Nutzung unseres neuen Onlineportals auf und dokumentieren diese
- Sie stimmen die dokumentierten Themen im Anschluss mit dem zuständigen Projektteam ab und spiegeln die Umsetzungen/Lösungen zurück an unsere Kunden
- Sie bewerben aktiv unser neues Kundenonlineportal bei unseren Kunden mit dem Ziel, einen hohen Nutzungsgrad durch die Kunden zu erreichen
Profil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung (mindestens 4 Jahre) in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen und sind besonders motiviert sich neue Themen schnell und engagiert anzueignen- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre geschickte und kundenorientierte Gesprächsführung sowie Ihr freundliches Auftreten
- Sie sind es gewohnt mit großen Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten umzugehen und zeichnen sich durch Ihr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus
- Sie verfügen über einen ausgeprägten Teamgeist und verstehen es zudem eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und ergebnisorientiert an Aufgaben heranzugehen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und bringen idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Entsorgungsbranche mit
