Hier bewirkst du etwas In Deiner neuen Rolle als Contract Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Ansprechpartner für alle Angelegenheiten des Contract- und Claimmanagements innerhalb der Projekte Du unterstützt in der Vertriebsphase bei der Prüfung von Verträgen sowie die Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrag und Technik und koordinierst zusammen mit der Rechtsabteilung in der Verkaufsphase die Vertragsverhandlungen Du bist verantwortlich für das Entwickeln von projekt- und kundenspezifischen Claimstrategien Zudem arbeitest Du eng mit dem Projektmanager des Gesamtprojektes zusammen und unterstützt bei alle vertraglichen Fragen während der Projektdurchführung Das Projektteam wird durch Dich zu den rechtlichen Verpflichtungen insbesondere hinsichtlich Abnahmebedingungen geschult

Bewerberprofil

Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Idealerweise verfügst Du über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Contract Management sowie der Abwicklung von Projektverträgen Detailiertes Know-how im Vertragsrecht sowie im Change- und Claimmanagement Ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen runden Dein Profil ab#LI-LN1
