Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

 

  • Du unterstuetzt uns bei der Durchfuehrung von E-Mail-Kampagnen, um die Teilnahme an Umfragen zu foerdern and so zur verbesserung underer BTP-produkte und -Dienste beizutragen.
  • Du unterstuetzt uns bei der Entwicklung unserer Benutzertypmatrix, damit wir verstehen, fuer wen unsere produkte entwickelt werden.
  • Du hilfst bei der Pflege eines benutzerforschungs-Repositorys und foerderst bewaehrte verfahren fuer dessen Befuellung.
  • Du unterstuetzt bei der Durchfuehrung von Benutzerrecherchesitzungen, um die Benutzer unseres UX Measurement Dashboards besser zu verstehen


Das solltest du mitbringen

 

  • Du studierst an einer deutschen Hochschule und hast Lust auf ein Praktikum bei einem großen Softwarehersteller.
  • Du solltest in einem Bachelor-Studiengang zu den Themen BWL, Management, Ökonomie, Design, oder anderen, verwandten Studienfächern eingeschrieben sein
  • Du solltest fließend Englisch sprechen können

Wir als BTP Experience Team sind eine global agierende Organization, die versucht die beste User Experience fuer unsere Produckte zu entwerfen. Hierzu kollaborieren wir sehr eng mit unseren Entwicklungsteams.

 

Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellem Notenspiegel und gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten. Beschreibe bitte außerdem deine Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen und Computerprogrammen / Programmiersprachen.
