Tasks:

  • Conception, visualisation and production of communication materials of all kinds, both for print and online channels (web and social media)
  • Further development of the corporate design, including the design and implementation of visual concepts, updating the brand guidelines, advising and training employees in the correct use of the corporate design 
  • Creating convincing PowerPoint presentations for top management, including the Executive Board and management, to convey complex information in an appealing and convincing way
  • "Storytelling": developing convincing stories from basic information and implementing them creatively in PowerPoint presentations and other media, such as film, to present content in a lively and appealing way
  • Active co-operation with agencies and external partners
  • Supporting and advising the specialist departments involved in the development of suitable communication materials
  • Developing and implementing innovative design concepts to continuously strengthen the visual identity of our company and adapt it to current market trends

Profile:

  • Degree in graphic/communication design or a comparable qualification, supplemented by professional experience in the field of media design/graphic or communication design in an agency or company appropriate to the position
  • Strong creativity, quick comprehension and realisation skills as well as a flair for corporate design and branding
  • In-depth understanding of layout, design, typography and production processes in print as well as the creation of print-ready data
  • Knowledge of video creation and editing (production/post-production)
  • Experienced use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
  • Constructive-critical thinking and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively - open minded.
  • Natural handling of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Good planning and organisational skills with high quality standards
  • Experience in project management and results-orientated management of complex task packages/agile working
  • Team player: Cooperation in decentralised teams - also internationally
  • Language skills: English/German
