Zur Verstärkung unseres Legal Teams suchen wir am Standort Köln  eine/n

Data Protection Coordinator (m/w/d) 

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du unterstützt den Global Data Protection Manager und den Datenschutzbeauftragten bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Datenschutzmaßnahmen in der BIRKENSTOCK Group.

Du sammelst, strukturierst und verarbeitest datenschutzrelevante Informationen von internen globalen Stakeholdern, Gesellschaften, Geschäftseinheiten und Fachabteilungen sowie unterstützt bei operativen Prozessen mit Datenschutzbezug (bspw. Dokumentation von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten).

Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Guidelines und Prozessen auf dem Gebiet des Datenschutzes.

Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, bei der Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Workshops und hilfst bei der Überwachung und Einhaltung der Vorschriften.

DEIN PROFIL:

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen oder IT- Schwerpunkten oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Praxiserfahrung im genannten Aufgabenfeld, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Wirtschaftsunternehmen.

Erfahrung und Methodenwissen im Projektmanagement.

Aus- oder Weiterbildungen mit Datenschutzbezug oder Zertifizierungen (bspw. CIPP/E oder ähnliches) sind von Vorteil.

Erfahrungen mit Datenschutzmanagement-Tools oder Kenntnisse im technischen Datenschutz, der Datensicherheit sind ein Plus.

Hands-on Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten, ebenso analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken.

Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
