Process Safety Engineer (m/w/d)

Als Process Safety Engineer (m/w/d) in unserer Abteilung HSSE sind Sie für die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung standortspezifischer An­for­de­rungen an Anlagensicherheit und Stör­fall­vor­sorge gemäß Störfall­recht verantwortlich. Die Moderation und Durch­führung von Prozessgefahrenanalysen (HAZOP / LOPA) zur Ermittlung der mit dem Betrieb verbundenen Risiken sowie die Bereitstellung fachkundiger technischer Unterstützung, um Verbesserungen am Standort voran­zutreiben, gehören zu Ihren Haupt­aufgaben. Ebenso fällt die Unterstützung bei Störfall- und Umwelt­inspektionen der Überwachungs­behörden, Genehmigungs­anträgen (BImSchG) sowie die sicher­heits­technische Beratung des Betriebs einschließlich Begehungen und Schulungen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrens­technik, Chemie­ingenieur­wesen, Process Safety oder eine vergleichbare natur­wissen­schaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anlagen­sicherheit oder Verfahrens­technik petro­chemischer Anlagen
  • Erfahrungen in der Durch­führung und Leitung von Gefährdungs­analysen
  • Kenntnis von Gesetzen, Normen und Anforder­ungen in dem Bereich der Anlagen­sicherheit sowie idealer­weise auch im Bereich des Gewässer­schutzes
  • Hohes Verantwortungs­bewusstsein, ausgeprägte Kommunikations­fähigkeit, strukturierte und selbst­ständige Arbeits­weise sowie Eigen­initiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse
